For how long is the contract signed?

A contract for permanent legal services is signed for an indefinite period with a two-month notice period.

Until when should I pay for the subscription?

The remuneration is fixed (lump sum) and is paid in advance for a given month by the 10th day of each month of legal services provision.

How to sign a contract for permanent legal services?

Choose the subscription fee you are interested in. Using the form, send us your data for the contract (company name, address, NIP, REGON, KRS, contact phone number, e-mail address). Within 72 hours we will send you the contract to be signed to your e-mail address. After you send us back the signed contract within 24 hours we will start providing services.

What if I do not send back the signed contract?

It is considered that the contract is not concluded.

How is legal assistance provided?

We offer legal assistance by e-mail, telephone or in the form of personal consultations concerning typical legal issues in day-to-day business. If a problem occurs, simply call or write to us and we will respond within 24 hours (working days).

What is not covered?

The subscription fee does not cover bringing an action, commissioning a case and representation before common courts or public administration bodies by a professional representative, i.e. an advocate or a legal adviser. Costs in such a case are determined individually.

Do the services accumulate?

Legal advice or services that are not used in a given month and are specified quantitatively in the agreement do not add up and cannot be used (additional amount) in the following month (settlement period).

What if the number of advices or services is exceeded in a given month?

Further advice and services will be priced individually, just as in the case of exceeding the number of services.
