IMPLEMENTATION SUPERVISION
We provide author’s supervision to ensure that the investment is carried out in accordance with the design. Supervision means hours spent on site, consultations with contractors and subcontractors, as well as ordering materials and equipment elements according to the schedule. This service is intended to save time and money for the client and relieve him of the duties connected with the finishing and construction process.

PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE
Within 14 days we will send you a preliminary quotation to the e-mail address you indicated in the form. If you have any questions or concerns we will contact you by phone, e-mail, online or in person.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUOTE
Once we have received notification of acceptance of the quote, we will send you a contract via email, which you will need to print out in 2 copies and send to the mailing address indicated on the contract.

ON-SITE MEASUREMENT
We will come to your place, where we will make a precise inventory. Thanks to it we will create a 3D model and projections with wall views. At this stage we also propose preliminary concepts of functional layout, taking into account your expectations.

PRELIMINARY CONCEPTS
You will receive preliminary design concepts which consist of 3D visualisations as well as functional layout proposals. Thanks to three-dimensional models, you will be able to visualise the concept that we have prepared.

APPROVAL OF THE CONCEPT
This is the stage when we present you with visualisations of the room. You will be provided with various projections and views that will include several proposals. This is the final stage of the project where you will approve the colour scheme and materials.

FINALISATION OF THE PROJECT
We make a summary of the cooperation, in particular of the design work. You will receive the project from us in the form of a book – a form that allows you to browse through it comfortably and easily, and also to find the necessary information quickly.

SUPERVISION PACKAGE
At the stage when we have a ready project (GOLD or PLATINIUM), we are left with the executive stage. This is a very labour-intensive stage that many people may not have time for. We deal with it on a daily basis. Beginning with the selection of contractors, joint selection of offers, answering all questions, synchronisation of contractors’ work, assistance in ordering materials according to the schedule established by us, acceptance of work stages, assistance in potential complaints, organisation of transport and many others, ending with handing over the finished interior. It is a lot of hours spent on the investment, however, it is our passion and we will be happy to help you to realize your dream project./p>
